Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.

 

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or DCS in computer science or equivalent
  • Thorough knowledge of java development back-end/font-end applications
  • Knowledge of Java language
  • Knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3, JQuery, JavaScript technologies;
  • Knowledge with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate platforms;
  • Knowledge of Java and web service (Servlet, JAX-RS, JAX-WS);
  • Experience in designing and implementing reporting solutions in a Web environment
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service standards and best practices
  • Strong communication skills in French
  • Conscientiousness in managing the customer relationship
  • Self-starter, resourceful and able to make decisions
  • Good team spirit
  • Good adaptability 
  • Excellent French speaking and writting

 

Preferred qualifications/competencies:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in computer science
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Web application development
  • Familiarity with the AGILE methodology, macroscope
  • Experience in telecommunications
  • Experience in customer service

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
