Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Develop new features and functionalities, delivering business value.
- Develop reusable components and libraries to improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Perform code optimization and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Participate in architectural roadmap discussions.
- Lead smaller projects or contribute significantly to larger projects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers (as appropriate).

Critical Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant software development experience (more experience may be considered).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Advanced proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Kotlin, Java, Go, Swift).
- Advanced proficiency in relevant frameworks (Spring, iOS SDK, etc., depending on project).
- Strong understanding of TDD, DevOps principles, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure – experience with one or more preferred).
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with performance profiling and advanced debugging tools.
- (For Mobile roles): Advanced competence in declarative UI solutions, battery management, and MVVM patterns.
- (For Full-Stack roles): Advanced competence in data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization technologies is a plus.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers is a plus.
- Knowledge of open-source libraries and testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with database technologies (RDBMS, MongoDB, etc.) is a plus.
