Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Solution Delivery to lead the team responsible for the design, development and evolution of network service automation platforms for business customers. In this role, you will provide both strategic and people-focused leadership, mobilizing a team of 10 professionals. You will be accountable for the delivery of scalable software solutions aligned with Bell’s business priorities and those of its customers. You will work closely with teams from other business units, delivery groups and key stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment that values diversity and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team of developers and contributors responsible for delivering network automation platforms.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee the delivery of complex solutions, from requirements definition through production deployment and support.
- Ensure the quality, stability, and ongoing evolution of delivered solutions.
- Work closely with internal partners to align solutions with Bell Business Markets’ technology vision and customers’ business needs.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and performance.
- In collaboration with the Technical Product Manager, establish and continuously evolve Agile processes, governance practices, and performance metrics.
- Identify and manage delivery-related risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, practices and ways of working.
Critical Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in delivering technology solutions, including at least 2 years in people management.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex software projects or products.
- Strong understanding of modern software development environments (full stack, microservices, Agile/DevOps).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex and evolving environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in networking, automation and IT services.
- Knowledge of public and private cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OpenShift).
- Familiarity with modern architectures (containers, event-driven systems, distributed platforms).
- Experience in continuous improvement, change management and performance management.
- Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written).
