On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Key Responsibilities

•    Collect information related to telecommunication needs expressed by the client. Analyze and recommend solutions.  Participate to develop thorough proposals including technical and financial elements.
•    Design engineering for network solutions for projects.  Produce drawings and specifications for achievement of tasks related to the selected solution. Make sure of good solution integration in the customer environment and processes
•    Document solutions specifications to help the Operations team in managing the client network
•    Prepare the transition to allow a handover to the Operations team
•    Coordinate technical tasks required for the implementation of the solution chosen by the client. 
•    Provide follow-up to ensure terms of specifications are complied with plan.
•    Recommend upgrades, improvements or technological changes in order to maintain network infrastructure operable and effective.
•    Produce plans for new solution introduction tests.  Ensure technical testing is made and ensure corrections of anomalies
•    Produce and draft technical reports on request for the client or management.
•    Act as technical consultant and advisor for operational groups and management specific to field of expertise.
•    Tack in charge, when required, complex problems resolution

 

Critical Qualifications

•    Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering with major in Telecommunications or related field
•    A minimum of 6 years experience in the Telecommunication domain
•    Excellent knowledge of Cisco products. Certifications, an asset
•    Good Knowledge and experience with BIG IP F5 and Juniper products. Certifications, an asset
•    Solid experience in complex projects delivery
•    Solid experience on solutions design and implementation ( LAN /WAN, Routing )
•    Experience and knowledge of automation will be a solid asset
•    Good experience in Load Balancing and security solutions will be an asset
•    Capacity to act as an integrator for solutions with multiple technologies
•    Solid interest in increasing his knowledge and expertise
•    Autonomy and great aptitude in managing his time and priorities
•    Reactivity and capacity to have an end to end vision on mandates and solution
