As a Bell Media Account Executive, Local Sales, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of direct advertising clients in Regina, Saskatchewan. You will sell integrated, multi‑platform advertising solutions across CTV, Pure Country 92.7, Astral Out‑of‑Home (OOH), and Bell Digital products, focusing on delivering measurable results and exceptional customer experiences.
This role is ideal for a motivated, results‑driven seller who thrives in a fast‑paced, relationship‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain direct advertising client relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively building and managing client partnerships.
- Present and sell customized, multi‑platform marketing solutions to new and existing clients.
- “Super Serve” all accounts with integrity and professionalism, helping clients achieve results and grow their business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting, pipeline management, and closing strategies.
- Collaborate with local and regional sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide planning, forecasting, and reporting as required.
- Liaise effectively with internal partners, including Sales Assistants, Production, Promotions, Programming, Traffic, Creative, and Digital teams.
- Represent Bell Media at client, industry, and community events.
Critical Qualifications
- Post‑secondary education in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (considered an asset).
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales‑related role, preferably in media or advertising, within a similar‑sized market.
- Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strategic prospecting skills with comfort managing high‑volume outbound activity.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Salesforce, Lens, WideOrbit, and Apropo is considered an asset.
- High energy, enthusiasm, motivation, and confidence.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
