What you’ll do:
As a graduate at Bell, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Canada’s most advanced networks and technologies. Your role at Bell will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, using cutting-edge tools, and working with vast amounts of data to achieve strategic business outcomes. The Operations, Strategy, Design, and Delivery Graduate Program is designed to shape the next generation of leaders at Bell. Through this accelerated and immersive experience, graduates build deep expertise in data analytics, operations, strategic planning, and project/product management. Collaborating with some of the best minds in the industry, participants deliver actionable insights and drive end-to-end solutions that impact key business decisions across the organization. Beyond gaining hands-on experience with complex business challenges, this program also provides a strong foundation in leadership development, equipping you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to lead with impact.

Requirements
- You graduated/will graduate between 2023 and August 2026 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree or College/CEGEP diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Business Technology Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields, with no more than 3 years delay between degrees.
- You have less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding past internship experiences.
Technical Skills (you have some of the following)
- Solid understanding of core principles for working with large, complex datasets.
- Introductory experience—or a strong desire to learn—data tools and programming languages such as SQL, SAS, MicroStrategy, Java, Kotlin, or Objective-C.
- Familiarity with project and program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools, including Agile, PMP, and related practices.
- Technologically savvy, with a strong interest in staying up to date with emerging IT and cloud technologies.
- Working knowledge of Lean and Agile concepts, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and tools such as Jira, Kanban, and digital transformation platforms (e.g., RPA, AI tools).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for synthesizing data and identifying trends.
Leadership Skills
- You are a skilled communicator balancing urgency, empathy and integrity. You speak and write clearly and concisely, and you listen with the purpose of encouraging transparent dialogue.
