Summary

The Account Executive is a client‑facing, quota‑carrying role responsible for driving revenue through integrated brand partnerships across TSN, with a strong focus on social, creator, and digital platform solutions. The ideal candidate brings brand partnership experience and genuine interest in social media, creators, and platform‑native storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full sales cycle across sports‑aligned advertisers: prospecting, pitching, closing, and renewing deals.
  • Develop social‑forward partnership solutions leveraging creators, platform‑native content, and TSN’s sports IP.
  • Translate advertiser goals into multi‑platform programs across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snap, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Recommend creators/influencers that align with audience and brand objectives; collaborate with internal creator and production teams.
  • Build client‑ready presentations and narratives highlighting social engagement, creator impact, and digital integration.
  • Use platform analytics, creator insights, and fan‑behaviour trends to optimize programs and support renewals.
  • Partner with internal content, production, strategy, and insights teams to deliver seamless, integrated social activations.

Critical Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years in brand partnerships, media sales, creator or social marketing, or digital media.
  • Strong client‑facing communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proven revenue track record and ability to build healthy pipelines.
  • Understanding of creator ecosystems, platform behaviors, and social content best practices.
  • Strong interest in sports culture and social‑driven fan engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a foundational understanding of AI and its applications; stays curious, recognizes ethical implications, and uses AI-enabled tools to enhance everyday work.  
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred. 

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
