Summary

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and strategic Account Manager, Digital Sales to help drive the next phase of our digital revenue growth in Toronto. In this role, you will work closely with the Sr. Account Manager, Sales Representatives, and cross-functional teams to build strong digital marketing strategies and showcase the full power of Bell’s advanced digital advertising solutions to both current Clients and new prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion Bell’s suite of Digital Advanced Advertising products both internally within the sales teams, as well, externally with existing and prospective clients
  • Use your dynamic presentation skills in selling scenarios such as 1-1 customer settings and in group training session (lunch & learn) environments
  • Actively participate in the Toronto sales meetings
  • Work with the Sr. Account Manager, Senior Manager, Digital Sales and Regional Sales Manager in providing resources to Sales Representatives
  • Create mock-ups, presentations, recaps and other sales materials using AI, Canva and PowerPoint
  • Travel regularly to meet with Clients and Sales Representatives
  • Support and train local sales team members on all digital products
  • Initiate, collaborate and manage ideas for the Sales Representatives and assist them in selling
  • Project manage, alongside support team members, digital campaigns including collecting assets, establishing work back schedules and troubleshooting any campaign issues with project stakeholders
  • Be an expert at recognizing and properly identifying key issues that are impeding sales as they arise throughout the year and propose solutions
  • Actively participate in divisional conference calls and share best practices with colleagues across the country
  • Support the onboarding and training of new Sales Representatives, Managers, and team members

Critical Qualifications

  • 2 - 3 years of client facing sales experience is a strong asset
  • An outstanding presenter
  • A self-starter, outgoing, assertive with great communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of the digital landscape and digital ad products within Canada
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns
  • Superior interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Commitment to delivering high quality work and following established processes
  • Understanding of company capabilities; effectively communicating offerings to the Client and offer high quality customer service
  • Comfortable with a strategic and collaborative selling approach
  • Able to develop client proposals using all relevant software programs including AI, Canva, Word, Excel, Power Point and related graphics programs
  • Valid Drivers License and access to a vehicle
  • Knowledgeable about the metrics of Digital Media, digital marketplaces, Google Ad Manager

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
