Name and description of the hiring department

The Associate Project and Process Delivery supports DTH Partner Performance Management within Field Operations, working across multiple lines of business including Satellite TV (DTH), Wireless Home Internet (WHI), Public Access (PA), and BBM Commercial (Enterprise & Mass Market). The team is responsible for project delivery activities, vendor payments, and reporting/analysis related to contractor definitive agreements.

Job Duties / Accountabilities

  • Analyze and support national installation supplier/contractor definitive agreements across DTH, WHI, PA, and BBM Commercial lines of business
  • Conduct contract management and cost‑saving analyses for multiple business lines
  • Monitor systems, process enhancements, vendor performance metrics, and quality issues across all LOB activities
  • Document system requirements (SRS/BRD/UAT) for new processes or business lines
  • Review current processes, recommend improvements, and maintain local databases
  • Monitor order flows for DTH, WHI, PA, and other LOBs; identify and document system and process gaps
  • Perform impact analysis and develop implementation strategies for new technologies and products/services
  • Support the creation, updating, and follow-up of business cases for new and ongoing initiatives
  • Participate in field ride‑alongs to support studies such as time‑motion, safety, and other assessments
  • Communicate with installation vendors and retailers to address issues and support resolutions

Essential Qualifications / Competencies

  • Intermediate or educational knowledge of SQL and other programming languages
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word / Intermediate level
  • Strong multi‑tasking, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
  • Experience analyzing process flow, order flow, and system processes

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies

  • Intermediate or educational knowledge of SAS and MS Access

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Friday daytime schedule
  • Remote work profile, with occasional field rides and office visits as required

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
