We are recruiting Bilingual Central Monitoring Station Dispatchers to respond to alarm signals and dispatch authorities to the proper location.  This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to land a fulfilling job helping people with one of the most reputable Canadian security companies!

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Respond to and follow up on alarm signals in a fast paced environment in English and French

·        Maintain composure and provide crisis support while dealing with customers during urgent and high pressure situations

·        Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations

·        Coordinate test signals with Installation Technicians

 

Education / Experience Requirements:

·        High School Diploma

·        Diploma in 911 Emergency Communications, preferred

·        Previous experience in a monitoring station environment, valuable

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

 

Other Requirements:

·        Bilingual (English and French)

·        Exceptional listening, communication, understanding, and responding skills

·        Successful completion of our Background Check program (Criminal, Credit, and Reference)
