Summary
The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio and out-of-home advertising platforms. We’re looking for innovative team players ready to take some of the best sports brands in the country to the next level.
From idea to execution, TSN’s Brand Partnerships team touches on all aspects of creative brand campaigns. We have a dynamic, high-performing team and we’d like you to be part of it! As the TSN Brand Partnerships Coordinator, you will be the oil that helps to ensure the engine continues to run smoothly!
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of Brand Partnership programs, working directly with clients and agencies, across broadcast, digital, radio, social and out-of-home platforms
- Liaise with internal teams to obtain assets and information to support campaigns
- Obtain proof-of-performance assets for campaigns
- Support in the creative process during campaign pitch / development
- Track and compile project success metrics
- Assist in the development of pre-production documentation related to campaigns
- Assist in trafficking media assets
- Assist in the development of various internal decks and presentations
- Assist in the development and documentation of team processes
- Other administrative duties as required
Critical Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of building and maintaining trust and strong working relationships
- Flexible in approach and attitude
- Ability and willingness to learn and grow
- High proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingualisme: Knowledge of french is required: In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
