We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst – Third-Party Risk Management to join our team. This role will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and improving third-party risk management (TPRM) processes and systems. The analyst will work closely with risk, compliance, security, procurement, and business stakeholders to ensure effective evaluation and mitigation of risks associated with external suppliers and partners.
 

Key Responsibilities

 

Customer & Technical Support

  • Technical support to OneTrust clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving their technical difficulties via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge base articles and documentation, contributing to the continuous improvement of our support resources and empowering clients to self-serve.

Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of TPRM frameworks, policies, and procedures.  
  • Develop and maintain supplier risk scoring models and assessments based on regulatory and business requirements.  

Business & System Analysis

  • Gather and document business requirements for TPRM technology solutions and process improvements.  
  • Analyze existing TPRM workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose enhancements.  
  • Support data integration between TPRM systems and other enterprise applications
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of OneTrust products and services, keeping abreast of the latest updates, features, and functionalities through continuous learning and training.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between business units, procurement, security teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure effective risk management practices.  
  • Conduct training and awareness programs for internal stakeholders on TPRM policies and best practices.  

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.  
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, risk management, supplier management, or compliance.  
  • Experience with risk management tools and systems (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow, OneTrust, or similar).  
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with automation, AI, or machine learning in risk management
