Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Business Transformation Associate to support enterprise technology transformation initiatives within a hybrid Waterfall and Agile (SAFe) delivery environment. We are looking for candidate with a strong foundation in data analysis, artificial intelligence (AI), and structured problem-solving, who brings a fresh external perspective and a passion for continuous improvement. 

As a Transformation Associate, you will play a critical role in enabling change across technology programs by supporting execution, mobilizing cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, and leveraging data and AI-driven insights to track progress and outcomes. You will contribute to the successful delivery of strategic objectives and execution roadmaps while helping teams adopt new ways of working across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities

Support Transformation Execution 

  • Assist in mobilizing cross-functional delivery teams to execute technology and operational transformation initiatives within a hybrid Waterfall and SAFe Agile environment. 
  • Support alignment between strategic objectives, delivery roadmaps, and execution plans by helping coordinate activities across technology, business, data, and AI-enabled solution teams. 
  • Contribute to the preparation, organization, and tracking of transformation programs, including initiatives that leverage AI, analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Facilitate Change & Collaboration

  • Support change management activities by helping document processes, analyze current-state workflows, and identify improvement opportunities, including opportunities for AI-enabled process optimization. 
  • Assist in prioritization activities by leveraging analytical skills to assess initiatives, dependencies, and value drivers, including data- and AI-driven use cases. 
  • Foster effective cross-functional collaboration by supporting workshops, meetings, and working sessions that bring together technical, AI, and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Help identify and remove execution barriers by coordinating with stakeholders and escalating risks and issues as needed. 

Drive Progress & Measurable Outcomes 

  • Support the tracking and monitoring of transformation progress using metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools, including those enhanced by predictive analytics or AI-based insights, to ensure transparency and accountability. 
  • Assist in defining, measuring, and reporting on outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with transformation objectives and AI adoption goals. 
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of execution roadmaps by supporting status reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement informed by AI and analytics. 

Promote New Ways of Working 

  • Act as a catalyst for organizational change by supporting the adoption of AI-enabled, and data-driven ways of working across teams. 
  • Help document and socialize best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements related to AI, automation, and advanced analytics to accelerate organizational maturity. 
  • Leverage analytical thinking and technical understanding to support teams in adopting modern tools, AI technologies, methodologies, and collaboration practices. 

Provide a Fresh, External Perspective 

  • Bring an external, analytical viewpoint to challenge existing assumptions, processes, and delivery approaches, including how AI and advanced analytics can be applied to improve outcomes. 
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the hybrid Waterfall and SAFe framework using data, AI insights, and structured analysis. 
  • Support innovation by proposing evidence-based improvements to processes, tools, and execution models, including responsible and practical AI use 

 

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 
  • 2 plus years of experience in a similar role with expertise in data visualization or analytics 
  • Foundational understanding of project management principles and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models). 
  • Exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, or automation concepts, gained through academic, project, or practical experience. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and AI-generated insights to support decision-making. 
  • Experience or familiarity with dashboards, reporting, monitoring frameworks, or AI-assisted analytics tools is an asset. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical, AI, and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to technology, data, and AI-driven transformation initiatives. 
  • Intellectually curious with a strong interest in AI, emerging technologies, and organizational change. 
  • Ability to constructively challenge existing processes and suggest data- and AI-informed improvements. 
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. 
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes through technology and AI-enabled solutions 

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
