As Client Executive, you will have overall responsibility for the retention, growth and management of a Wholesale customer base with a responsibility to increase Bell’s wallet share of client spend. You will be accountable for all revenue related activities associated with products, services, contracts, orders, billing credits, and sales proposals. You will represent a channel within Bell Canada that will provide a unique perspective into the Telecom market in Canada as well as outside the country. This client team is seeking experienced, consultative sellers who are results driven with a proven track record of closing strategic deals and being able to carry business conversations with business owners and senior executives, within Telecom.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the attainment of Fiscal Revenue and Profit Objectives:
  • Responsible for the Full Sales Cycle: 
  • Strategy Development for Account Planning to align customer short and long term goals to Bell offers
  • Articulates how Bell solutions can enhance end user experiences, transform networks, drive out cost from existing solutions or provide business agility.
  • Builds strong relationships with key client stakeholders and in the Bell organization
  • Develops and presents proposals including cost justification
  • Strictly manages and enhances the revenue and opportunities pipeline
  • Partner within and across teams to engage and support the Subject Matter Experts
  • Observes and adheres to governance requirements and internal processes
  • Spends the appropriate amount of time continuously learning by researching and learning new technologies, both internally and externally, to provide single point of contact to the Customer in the sales process
  • Ability to identify new prospects in the market and integrate them into the Bell Wholesale ecosystem


Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or Business
  • Post graduate degree preferred
  • Experience in the Telecommunications or ICT industry selling technical Customer solutions
  • Ability to prospect and identify opportunities while developing strong Customer relationships
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Demonstrated strength in understanding and influencing team dynamics vision and full grasp of business issues
  • Consultative and financial selling skills

 
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Technical breadth coupled with depth (typically acquired through a minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience), successfully selling complex solutions to financial institutions or large enterprises,  in one or more of the following areas:
    • Broadband networks
    • Cloud knowledge
    • Unified Communications and Voice over IP
    • Internet Services
    • Value added applications: Hosting, Managed Services, Vertical Applications

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
