Summary

The Training Content Development Specialist plays a key role in designing, delivering, and optimizing Bell Media’s digital learning ecosystem. This role leads LMS administration, digital content creation, and instructional design standards to build scalable, modern learning experiences.

You will collaborate with the Systems Training Specialist, Product and Sales Strategy Training Specialist, and subject matter experts across Sales, Product, HR, and Operations to ensure learning solutions are consistent, user‑friendly, and aligned to business goals.

This role creates best‑in‑class learning that supports seller onboarding, product and systems readiness, and ongoing development across our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

LMS Ownership & Platform Administration
•    Oversee end to end LMS operations including user setup, permissions, content assignments, pathways, and compliance reporting
•    Manage the full LMS content lifecycle: publishing, version control, tagging, archiving, and decommissioning
•    Monitor platform performance, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with IT and vendors
•    Enhance LMS configuration for automation, personalization, and streamlined training delivery
•    Maintain clear documentation for LMS governance, SOPs, and admin processes

Digital Learning Design & Content Development
•    Build engaging, scalable digital learning modules (Articulate 360 or similar), microlearning assets, assessments, and job aids
•    Drive instructional design standards and templates for the training team
•    Translate complex sales and product topics into clear, interactive learning experiences
•    Ensure all content meets accessibility requirements and aligns with Bell brand standards
•    Maintain a content roadmap aligned with sales priorities, system updates, and business needs

Cross-Functional Collaboration with Training Managers
•    Convert hands on system training into scalable digital modules that reinforce knowledge and reduce duplication
•    Support training leaders by tracking learner progress, certifications, and knowledge retention through LMS analytics

Measurement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
•    Develop dashboards and scorecards to measure learning effectiveness and performance impact
•    Use analytics and learner feedback to optimize training content and experience
•    Deliver quarterly reporting on adoption, completion, and outcomes for training and sales leadership
•    Apply data insights and testing to continuously improve digital learning products

Project & Stakeholder Management
•    Lead digital learning projects from intake through development, QA, launch, and ongoing support
•    Manage timelines, capacity, and priorities across multiple training initiatives
•    Partner with the Systems Training Specialist and the Product and Sales Strategy Specialist to convert hands on systems training into scalable digital modules that reinforce knowledge and reduce duplication across instructor led formats
•    Collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, HR, Marketing, and Training teams
•    Ensure alignment with major releases, product launches, GTM initiatives, and competency models

Critical Qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital learning, instructional design, sales enablement, or training operations
  • Experience with LMS platforms (Axonify, Docebo, Workday Learning, etc.)
  • Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Camtasia)
  • Experience creating scalable, modular learning for commercial teams
  • Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Data-driven approach with comfort using Excel, dashboards, and analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in media, advertising, or telecommunications
  • Understanding of sales workflows, sales processes, and GTM frameworks
  • Certifications in Instructional Design, PMP, or workflow tools (Asana, Monday.com)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and learning frameworks (Kirkpatrick, Bloom’s)
  • In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
