Job Duties/Accountabilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Marketing Communications, the Marketing Communications Coordinator will assist with the development and roll out of Retail elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Retail Marketing Communication Specialists to execute in-store communication elements supporting Branded and National Retail locations across Canada
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external partners to execute Retail elements including Rate Plan Collateral, Digital signage and printable POP
- Assist Bell, Virgin Plus & Lucky Mobile Marcom teams with competitive responses
- Assist with administrative duties such as VMS asset management & tickets, Monday.com project tracking updates, deck creation/maintenance, etc...
- Help drive process improvements and standardizations to gain efficiencies
Essential Qualifications
- College diploma with a Business, Marketing and/or related discipline
- Knowledge of English required: Professional relationships with English speaking customers or customers outside Quebec
- Passion and working knowledge of the retail environment
- Excellent attention to accuracy and detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-evolving environment
- Ability to self motivate, problem solve, multi-task and take initiative
- Available for flexible work schedules, including after-hours, weekends and holidays, during peak sales periods (end of quarter/month, Black Friday, Boxing Week, iPhone launch, Back to School, etc.)
Preferred skills/ competencies
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry or other technology
- Excellents kills in MS Office including Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point
- In Designskills

- Job location Positions: 5099 Creekbank Road, Toronto (Ontario)
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
