Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented BI Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. This role will specifically focus on the performance of our churn risk models with our Loyalty Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to develop their skills and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, interpret, and analyze data using statistical techniques.
- Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards, providing insights into key business metrics.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct data problems.
- Develop and maintain data processing pipelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide effective data-driven solutions.
- Present data findings and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and execution.

Critical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
- Proficient in statistical methods and techniques.
- Proficient in SQL and SAS programming languages.
- Strong data analytics literacy, including the ability to understand and interpret various data sources.
- Proficient in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
- Proficient with data gathering and architecture tools.
- Understanding of Agile development frameworks.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
