Summary

The successful candidate will hold a key role within the Neighborhood Marketing Team (NMT) territory deployment strategy. A background in analytics, strategy, planning, presentation, project management and business leadership are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to ingest data (excel, Salesforce, etc.) and generate campaign lists
  • Develop scripts (SQL, Python) to implement process improvement automations
  • Maintain/Modify existing scripts to adapt to business requirements
  • Work within various database environments such as Teradata to create and deliver data ensuring accuracy and territory quality
  • Investigate and work towards the resolution process for data issues
  • Analyze and evaluate territory and channel performanceEffectively manage results analysis and channel reporting to various stakeholders
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives to drive activity and incremental channel growth
  • Ensure integrity, compliance and the optimal performance of current sales lead activity guidelines

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proficiency is programming languages and data software including SQL, Teradata, Python, SAS, Tableau, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects through effective prioritization.
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong data analytical & problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to be highly creative in formulating solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and services, such as AWS or Google. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google & AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are an asset.
  • Experience in advanced modelling techniques and machine learning
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
  • Telco Experience is considered an asset
