Summary
We’re looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Digital Transformation Consultant (AI & Automation) to design and implement the next generation of AI-driven process optimization solutions. This role plays a pivotal part in transforming business operations by uncovering inefficiencies, mapping complex workflows, and architecting intelligent solutions that deliver measurable impact.The ideal candidate is a strategic builder with deep expertise in AI/ML, automation technologies, and cloud architecture - combined with exceptional business insight. By blending advanced technical capabilities with strong business acumen, you will translate organizational challenges into scalable, innovative solutions that optimize processes and accelerate growth.
As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will join Bell’s AI & Automation Enablement Center of Excellence (CoE) and help redefine the future of our business. We’re on a mission to transform internal processes and revolutionize how customers interact with Bell, powered by Artificial Intelligence and Automation. Our vision is bold: create hyper-personalized, proactive, and seamless experiences for customers and employees, unlocking value at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and strategic objectives
- Analyze business processes market trends to uncover opportunities where AI and Automation can drive efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage
- Act as a liaison between data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into actionable insights and clear business cases
- Design and implement AI models, automation solutions, and multi-step agentic AI systems tailored to business needs
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies (ML models, NLP, RPA, generative AI, etc.).
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture
Critical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, AI or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in a software or AI engineering role with proficiency in Python and its core ML and data science libraries
- Experience in business strategy, consulting, or product management
- Experience in process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering AI initiatives from concept to production
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Demonstrated experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases
- Experience with frameworks for building AI agents, such as ADK, LangChain or LangGraph
- Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases and concepts of data modeling
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation platforms or RPA workflows and Low code platforms
- Experience in digital transformation or AI adoption programs
- Exposure to modern DevOps and MLOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced developer productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
