On the Corporate Services team, you will play a key role in enabling innovation for internal business partners. Corporate Services delivers best‑practice support across the organization.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Services, the Director, Strategic Business Transformation is responsible for leading operating model and process transformation initiatives across Bell’s corporate services team with a focus on Bell’s commercial real estate operations and portfolio. This role leverages technology, best‑practice methodologies, and a culture of continuous improvement to identify, prioritize, and deliver strategic solutions that enhance performance, efficiency, and scalability.
Operating in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment, the Director will partner closely with stakeholders across multiple Bell business units, providing broad enterprise exposure and the opportunity to support initiatives tied to critical infrastructure. The role champions the simplification and standardization of processes, the adoption of AI‑enabled automation, and the development of actionable insights to enable data‑driven decision‑making. Through the application of methodologies such as Lean, Business Process Management (BPM), and continuous improvement, the Director delivers measurable value and sustainable outcomes. Success in this role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, change leadership, and the ability to translate strategy into effective execution to drive meaningful and lasting business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end business transformation initiatives, from opportunity identification through implementation, ensuring alignment with long‑term organizational objectives.
- Analyze complex business challenges and develop practical, scalable strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the real estate portfolio.
- Leverage data, analytics, and technology to generate insights, inform decision‑making, and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver transformation opportunities.
- Establish performance metrics, track results, and monitor progress to ensure transformation initiatives deliver intended outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver high‑impact presentations and recommendations to senior executives, clearly articulating strategic priorities, insights, and transformation plans.
- Lead and influence cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment, fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
Critical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, with a demonstrated record of driving successful transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the AI and digital solutions landscape, with the ability to assess and apply AI‑enabled solutions within a real estate or operational context.
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven leadership experience managing and influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Agile, Business Process Management (BPM), or Continuous Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt).
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Ability to travel as required to support transformation initiatives.
- Experience with ServiceNow, including leveraging the platform to support workflow automation, process standardization, and business transformation initiatives.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
