On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for prioritized verticals, including market opportunity assessment, competitive analysis, segmentation, customer profiling, and regulatory considerations.
- Conduct in‑depth market analysis to support vertical penetration strategies and refine overall market direction.
- Develop compelling value propositions, narratives, and market positioning tailored to target segments and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strategic, C‑suite‑level relationships with key clients and prospects; act as a trusted advisor to identify and drive value‑added opportunities.
- Lead executive engagement initiatives and support senior executives with industry visibility and representation.
- Design and manage go‑to‑market strategies for assigned verticals across sales, marketing, and partner channels, including messaging, sales enablement tools, and customer engagement tactics.
- Enable and align sales teams to maximize effectiveness in target markets; partner with Sales leadership to drive pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute targeted demand‑generation campaigns and thought‑leadership initiatives.
- Lead planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and customer‑facing forums, including tailored engagements for key customers and partners.
- Set and monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline health, win rates, retention); optimize ROI through effective budget and resource allocation.
- Drive sales volume, market penetration, and customer retention within targeted verticals, contributing directly to business objectives.
Critical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree an asset.
- 8 years of experience in strategic sales, business development, product marketing, or management consulting, with a proven focus on enterprise markets and specific industry verticals.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing complex go‑to‑market strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with senior executives (C‑suite).
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- Bilingualism (French and English) required or considered an asset depending on location.
