Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Wholesale Strategic Program Development to lead the design, execution, and continuous evolution of strategic initiatives across our Wholesale division. This role is central to driving innovation, operational excellence, and market leadership through a blend of program management, marketing strategy, go-to-market execution, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in connectivity services, cross-functional leadership, and a passion for simplifying and automating complex processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact programs that align with wholesale business goals, driving growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for all wholesale services, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and internal capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define messaging, campaigns, and positioning strategies that elevate our wholesale offerings and brand presence.
- Oversee the creation and execution of capital plans, ensuring strategic investments are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable ROI.
- Champion automation and process simplification initiatives to enhance team productivity, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery.
- Act as the integration lead for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and successful delivery of integrated solutions.
- Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to drive informed decision-making, monitor program performance, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic thought leader.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of program managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Critical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic program development, wholesale management, or sales leadership.
- Proven success in launching and scaling strategic programs with measurable business impact.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in both technical and business language.
- Deep analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools and CRM/project management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Asana).
- PMP or equivalent program management certification preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the wholesale industry is an asset.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
