The Role:

Reporting to the Regional Manager of Business Sales, the Business Sales Manager will be accountable for delivering the strategy and execution of such functions as:

  • Building business partnerships and strategic alliances with major sales partners to grow and enable the F2F channel
  • Actively negotiating with the sales partners, and managing execution of all programs to ensure achievement of sales and profit targets
  • Prioritizing various sales tactics that will optimize efficiency & ROI
  • Pricing and Profitability Analysis
  • Analysis

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus is to meet sales and revenue targets as set by management
  • Manage partner programs for all Bell products within our market
  • Work closely with Bell Sales Partners to ensure execution of all programs
  • Develop and launch tailored account programs
  • Provide sales partner performance reports on a weekly basis
  • Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are consistently met
  • Provide feedback such as competitive activities, pricing, product acceptance, etc.

 

Critical Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales operations
  • Experienced leading a sales team that specializes in penetrating various ethnic communities
  • Inspirational and creative sales leader that posses demonstrated experience driving results
  • Customer Service Orientation, Teamwork, Collaboration, Adaptability and Initiative
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate problems, opportunities and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a cross functional team at the divisional and corporate level
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and analytical skills

 

Preferred Competencies:

  • 3-5 years sales experience with a history of over achievement performance
  • Previous major account experience
  • Previous management/supervision of a sales team is an asset
  • Telecom sales experience would be ideal
  • Skilled in solution based or consultative based selling techniques

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
