The Bell Residential Services Product Management team is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with solid management and analytical abilities to fill the role of Manager, Supply Chain. 


The successful candidate will join a dynamic team that is accountable for the forecasting, ordering, budgeting, forward/reverse operations, and managing delivery of inventory and the overall financial management for the distribution and logistics of IPTV, Internet, and DTH products and service.   


Job Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Manage contracted operational logistics partners delivering on business plans
  • Develop operational loads forecast to share with third party vendor partners enabling appropriate staffing and business delivery
  • Develops and maintains partnerships with supplier, service providers, field operations and logistics teams
  • Forecast and manage inventory hardware and or collateral demand and the vendor delivery schedules
  • Manage expense portfolio for the hardware and collateral distribution and logistics operations
  • Building financial requirements for associated Expense and Capital delivery
  • Providing detailed reporting and drive necessary business tactics based on logistics activity
  • Support for business case studies and impact analysis for future product and technology decisions
  • Accountable for specific projects to support business requirements of the logistics operations


Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Previous experience in the area of supply chain logistics and operations
  • Superior working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office; experience with Access is a bonus
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills, including the ability to analyze trends and project future impacts
  • Functional working knowledge of SAP
  • Able to travel to various vendor locations within GTA
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and the confidence to present to peers and leaders
  • Strong team orientation, partnering / interpersonal skills



Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
