Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual to join the Procurement team to assess company‑wide Procurement Policy compliance, champion Supplier Diversity, and serve as Environmental Coordinator. This role also involves automating audit processes, improving operational workflows, and delivering insights to elevate procurement excellence.

Supplier Contract Governance

  • Analyze supplier contract audit results, recommend corrective actions, and ensure implementation
  • Leverage AI tools to automate and perform meaningful audits on supplier contracts,improve and simplify Procurement Operations processes.
  • Support contract management initiatives and departmental projects.
  • Maintain legal contract templates with subject matter experts.
  • Support contract savings evaluations.
  • Represent Procurement as Environmental Coordinator and support annual environmental action plan tasks.
  • Provide support to employees on procurement process, including contract governance and deliver training

Supplier Diversity Program

  • Analyze and report supplier diversity spend each quarter and annually.
  • Manage the third‑party supplier reporting tool contract and relationship.
  • Identify BCE suppliers eligible for certification and promote their participation.
  • Represent Bell as the Supplier Diversity Program ambassador internally and externally.
  • Respond to business customer RFPs and participate in quarterly business customer reviews as required.
  • Deliver training to Bell employees and maintain the certified diverse supplier database

Critical Qualifications

• Undergraduate university degree.
• Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Platform.
• Strong problem‑solving and ability to manage time‑sensitive inquiries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications and social responsibility.
• Knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, or reporting tools.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
• Passion for advocating for diverse suppliers.

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
