Summary
Are you ready to shape the future of digital products? We're looking for a forward-thinking Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from insightful discovery and clear problem definition to execution oversight, launch, and continuous improvement.
In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll be at the centre of strategy, customer advocacy, and business impact. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to translate insights, data, and user needs into products that deliver measurable value and resonate with customers.
As a Product Manager here, your work will be dynamic, impactful, and never routine. You will define product strategy, leverage market and user research, craft compelling roadmaps, analyze performance metrics, and communicate vision across the organization. You'll play a pivotal role in growing and engaging our digital audience, evaluating user experiences, and supporting acquisition strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Define Vision & Strategy: Develop and champion a clear, inspiring product vision, strategy, and objectives that align with business goals.
- Own the Roadmap: Build, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal value delivery.
- Champion the Customer: Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering research, feedback, and translating insights into actionable product requirements.
- Drive Execution: Guide cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful delivery.
- Foster Alignment: Partner with stakeholders to build consensus and clearly communicate product priorities, rationale, and needs.
- Empower Teams: Act as a subject matter expert, providing the context teams needs to understand customer problems and deliver impactful solutions.
- Measure & Optimize: Define key performance indicators, evaluate product performance, and use data to inform continuous improvement and strategic decisions.
Critical Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of launching and scaling successful digital products.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- University degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or related technical field with a strong analytical background
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach.
- Strong customer empathy and a passion for building intuitive, user-centric experiences.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Experience collaborating effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
