You will work closely with various Business Units to quantify losses, validate control ROI, and ensure all fraud related processes meet audit and governance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of fraud related initiatives across operations, analytics, and technology teams.
  • Translate operational fraud needs into structured technical, analytical, and AI ready requirements, ensuring clarity across cross functional teams.
  • Work with fraud operations, data, and engineering teams to help translate fraud needs into clear technical and analytical deliverables.
  • Oversee requirements intake, backlog management, prioritization, and readiness across multiple fraud workstreams.
  • Coordinate and support UAT activities, including test preparation, issue tracking, and business feedback consolidation.
  • Coordinate and govern UAT execution, including validation of AI driven features, reviewing accuracy and false positive impacts, and ensuring business acceptance.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of AI driven fraud tools, including monitoring feedback from users and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Drive change management activities, including training, communications, operational readiness, and adoption plans related to new fraud capabilities and AI solutions.
  • Prepare status updates, meeting materials, and program tracking artifacts for program leads and stakeholders.

Critical Qualifications

  • Experience in program management, portfolio management, or multi stream operational/technical delivery.
  • Background in fraud operations, risk, analytics, or related technical/business environments.
  • Ability to translate business or operational fraud needs into clear requirements for engineering, analytics, and AI/ML teams.
  • Experience supporting UAT, readiness assessments, or enterprise technology rollouts.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and nontechnical groups.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, prioritization, and driving execution across several fastmoving teams.
  • Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and O365 tools; ability to perform intermediate data manipulation, queries, and reporting.

Desired Qualifications

  • Exposure to fraud operations, investigations, controls, or compliance.
  • Familiarity with data workflows, model governance, or analytics tooling.
  • Experience in process optimization, organizational readiness, or transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of Agile, hybrid delivery models, or scaled program framework
  • Experience supporting UAT, technology implementations, or operational change initiatives.
  • Curiosity about AI/ML concepts (e.g., how models are trained, tested, and monitored), without requiring hands-on technical expertise.
