Position: Programming Coordinator CTV & CTV Two – 1 Year Contract

Job Status: Temporary Full Time

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience


CTV is seeking a highly organized individual with great attention to detail and a love of television to join the Program Planning team.



  • Episodic scheduling for CTV & CTV Two in the IBMS system
  • Maintain schedule files and tracking documents
  • Create and distribute scheduling reports (manual and system generated)
  • Assist in the plotting and planning of program scheduling
  • Other tasks and reports as needed



  • Experience in IBMS or other scheduling systems
  • Minimum two years’ experience in television programming or a related industry
  • Degree/diploma from a media based program or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and dealing with urgent issues
  • Proficient in Excel


Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
