Summary

Bell Media is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Product Coordinator Intern to join our Digital Products team for the summer. This is a great opportunity for students interested in learning how digital products are planned, built, launched, and improved inside a fast‑paced media organization.

 

As a Product Coordinator Intern, you’ll support Product Managers across a variety of initiatives. You’ll help organize product documentation, assist with research and analysis, support feature planning, and gather insights that inform product decisions. You’ll get hands‑on experience working with cross‑functional teams while learning the fundamentals of product development and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Product Managers in coordinating tasks, updates, and documentation for ongoing product initiatives
  • Prepare and present status reports, summaries, and other project materials
  • Assist with product planning activities, including drafting user stories, gathering requirements, and organizing backlog items
  • Participate in team meetings, capturing key decisions, risks, and next steps
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities
  • Analyze product data and performance metrics to uncover trends and provide insights
  • Assist with release tracking and reporting, ensuring updates are communicated clearly
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as design, analytics, product owners, and engineering teams

Critical Qualifications

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced environments and adapt quickly to change
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
  • A proactive, resourceful approach and willingness to take initiative
  • A collaborative team mindset and “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” attitude
  • Curiosity and a desire to solve problems creatively and efficiently

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
