As a key member of our Retail Talent Acquisition team, the Recruitment Coordinator supports full‑cycle hiring for frontline and management roles across our retail stores. This role is fast-paced, people-focused, and central to delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Post new vacancies for assigned client groups and actively source for high-volume and hard-to-fill markets.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline using our ATS and external sourcing platforms.
- Explore passive sourcing channels including networking, resume mining, community events, and social recruiting.
- Conduct high-volume resume reviews and phone/virtual pre-screens.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person interviews before recommending candidates to Hiring Managers.
- Provide timely and consistent communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare offer letters, process background checks, and set up personnel files.
- Initiate onboarding steps and complete new hire check-ins to support smooth transitions into stores.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers, providing guidance on sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment best practices.
- Build relationships with external partners (colleges, employment groups, community services).
- Participate in job fairs and hiring events to drive brand awareness and candidate flow.
- Attend bi-weekly team meetings to share updates, insights, and best practices.
What You Bring
- Experience in retail, customer service, or store operations (Sales Associate or Store Manager experience is ideal).
- Strong people skills and the ability to evaluate talent effectively.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and openness to adopting new technology, including AI solutions used to streamline recruiting and workflow efficiency
- 1–2 years of recruitment or HR coordination experience.
- Education in HR, Business Administration, or related fields is an asset.
- Speak another language? We welcome any second language (French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai, etc.)
- Ability to travel within assigned regions for in-field recruitment support.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Total earning range: $50,000 - $65.000. The advertised salary range may vary slightly as it is based on the company’s current salary structure, which may be revised by the company, from time to time, at its sole discretion. The agreed upon salary may also vary from the advertised salary ranges depending on several factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience and internal equity
The salary range above includes an Annual Incentive Plan objective which represent 6% of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The Annual Achievement Incentive Plan (“AIP”) payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The AIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the AIP’s eligibility requirements. The AIP is subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.
For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
