Position Description
Channel Management Support (CMS) team provides critical business support to sales channels by managing and maintaining dealer information, ensuring data quality and integrity across 30+ downstream systems. This position will be accountable for promptly creating and updating dealer profiles; managing inquiries; validating dealer data (identification, address, offerings, etc.); identifying automation opportunities; participating in cross-functional projects (e.g., partnerships, expansions); standardizing data requirements; executing bulk updates; and assisting with IT project deployments through testing and validation. The team prioritizes speed, accuracy, and customer experience in all activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the channel management system for all distribution channels which feeds into numerous internal systems
- Provide all required accesses and permissions enabling dealers to use systems and process activations
- Communicate all changes to the necessary stakeholders
- Manage and process inquiries for all channels by analysing and taking necessary actions to maintain accurate dealer information
- Engage with cross functional teams to ensure data flow and accuracy
- Trouble Shoot and take appropriate measures and actions to overcome system access issues
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic work environment
- Bilingualism is an asset (English/French) oral/written
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player. Must demonstrate initiative and be pro-active for effective work environment
- Curiosity and good learning ability, autonomous and sense of detail and precision
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of power Automation, power BI
- Basic understanding of database structures, SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of Bell Mobility store business flow
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
