On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary

The Sr. Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging business needs with operational and technical solutions, works closely with stakeholders across multiple business units, operational teams, and leadership to support strategic decision‑making and drive successful delivery of initiatives. The selected candidate will operate in the BBM (Bell Business Markets) MS (Managed Services) space, and his/her role will involve leading requirements gathering, analyzing business processes, and ensuring that proposed solutions align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

  • Lead and oversee business analysis activities across multiple initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements and processes for operational and technical teams.
  • Validate that proposed solutions meet business objectives and operational constraints.

Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and cross‑functional meetings with business units.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals, project deliverables, and organizational priorities.

Execution & Delivery

  • Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables for concurrent initiatives.
  • Review and test solution designs and workflows, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to requirements.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on analysis, process findings, and business impacts.

Leadership & Support

  • Mentor and support operational teams throughout requirement definition, solution design, and testing phases.
  • Support change management activities by preparing documentation, training materials, and readiness assessments.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements.

Critical Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a Senior Business Analyst or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and requirements modeling.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Maximo, SmartPath, MBS, ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Visio.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams in operations, IT, or product management is an asset.

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
