Summary
As a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business by building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers executive and sales performance management reporting. You'll collaborate closely with partners across Sales Operations, BI, Finance, Delivery, and Marketing to develop and maintain high-impact datasets and dashboards, providing crucial insights to key stakeholders throughout the company. This is a high-visibility role with significant opportunity to influence strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources into Salesforce CRM Analytics (leveraging SQL and Python).
- Leverage Salesforce data and CRM Analytics to develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards that reveal key trends and actionable data-driven insights.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance, producing regular reports and ad-hoc analyses to address specific business needs.
- Continuously improve data quality, accuracy, and accessibility of our datasets.
- Proactively identify critical business needs and develop effective solutions.

Critical Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or developer role.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a large organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CRM Analytics, SAQL, and Apex.
- Experience supporting sales teams or working within the telecommunications industry.
