On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary
Leads end-to-end deal execution for complex real asset and infrastructure investments across Bell AI Fabric, with a focus on negotiations, commercial structuring, and driving outcomes through to agreement. This is a high-visibility role critical to securing the real assets that power Canada's most comprehensive Al infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end negotiation, drafting, and redlining of M&A-like transactions and commercial agreements (LOIs, definitive agreements, complex partnerships)
- Develop negotiation strategies, positions, and issue lists
- Translate commercial terms into clear business, financial, and accounting implications
- Prepare and present executive-grade materials (investment summaries, negotiation briefs, decision memos) for senior leadership and investment committees
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external counterparties
- Identify and escalate key risks, structuring issues, and value drivers
- Support the development of valuation frameworks and business cases
Critical Qualifications
- 4–6 years’ experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, asset management, or infrastructure transactions
- Experience in deal execution, negotiations, and transaction structuring
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, highly strategic corporate environment
- Strong executive communication and investment-style writing
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
