Summary

The Finance team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Finance (CP3) who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering insights that improve business performance and decision‑making.

In this role, you will play a critical part in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis, supporting senior leadership through clear, value‑added financial storytelling. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and Finance partners to identify risks and opportunities, improve processes, and strengthen financial governance and performance outcomes.

As a CP3 leader, you bring robust, specialized domain knowledge, a proven record of success, and the ability to lead initiatives end‑to‑end—from framing the problem through to execution and sustained impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes for labour and VP technology, including financial rollups and executive‑ready outputs
  • Own monthly and quarterly performance management deliverables, including comprehensive year‑over‑year and variance analysis with clear performance drivers
  • Proactively identify and quantify risks and opportunities, and influence actions to close gaps and improve financial trajectory
  • Develop and deliver high‑impact presentation materials for senior Finance and business leadership
  • Partner with Corporate Finance. Labour COE and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and strong financial governance
  • Drive operational efficiencies through improved processes, automation, and reporting cadence
  • Lead and develop team members by setting priorities, coaching performance, and fostering high engagement

Critical Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering
  • CPA designation required or strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
