Summary
The Consumer Residential and Small Business team (CSB) is continuing its focus on the new construction segment in Ontario. With significant residential construction planned each year in this province, Bell is in relentless pursuit of gaining and maintaining dominant market share, and leveraging its world class Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) network, products & services.
The Senior Manager, New Construction Multi-dwelling unit (MDU) Partnerships & Business Development leads a team of high performing sales and account executives in Ontario to deliver Bell’s industry leading products and services to consumers. Specifically, the team builds relationships and negotiates new agreements with Greenfield developers (both rental and condo).
This is a strategically important part of the overall CSB strategy, and has been designed for an action-oriented, relationship builder with a strong vision to lead and ever evolving and highly competitive environment. This role will report directly to the Director MDU Partnerships & Business Development.
The successful candidate will hold a key role in supporting the team to successfully acquire new partnerships and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. They will hold the key role in supporting negotiations of new bulk and marketing agreements with various developers. The candidate will be able to build and maintain strong relationships at the executive level and manage all aspects of complex large deal structures and economics. The successful candidate will have strong intuition and be a brilliant negotiator driving optimal results for Bell Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Key leader in the residential new construction segment in Ontario
- Manage a high-performance team of sales and account executives (AEs) responsible for a share of the entire portfolio of new construction accounts in Ontario
- Work with team to ensure all individual targets are met through all aspects of business prospecting, sales funnel management and deal negotiations
- Establish, maintain and grow senior level (C-suite and executive) relationships with developers
- Collaborate cross functionally to deliver innovative and industry leading solutions for our partners
- Analyze, understand and speak to market trends, major players, opportunities, threats and levels of urgency
- Work within Salesforce.com to ensure Bell has complete market coverage and that each AE is compliant with tracking all account growth, negotiations, closures and losses
- Manage all aspects of team budgets
- Drive business acumen across the team to ensure highest possible ROI deals are signed
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
