We are seeking an exceptionally accomplished and strategically minded Senior Manager to join our Wholesale and Partner Solutions, AI Fabric and Connectivity Services team focused primarily in the Hyperscaler and Neo-Cloud providers. This pivotal role demands a proven track record in cultivating high-achieving sales teams, implementing sophisticated sales methodologies, and orchestrating complex sales cycles within competitive landscapes. The ideal candidate will possess an unwavering commitment to excellence, leveraging deep market insights and advanced analytical techniques to achieve ambitious organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and meticulously manage the entire sales pipeline lifecycle, employing advanced CRM functionalities and forecast revenue with high fidelity.
- Develop and execute comprehensive, sales strategies aligned with overarching business objectives, incorporating innovative approaches and value-based selling frameworks.
- Provide unparalleled strategic direction and operational oversight for all sales-related activities, ensuring adherence to established performance metrics and quality standards across the team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the sales organization, encouraging the exploration and application of emerging sales techniques and best practices.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional departments, including Marketing, Product, Finance and Contract Management, to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and seamless customer experiences.
- Negotiate and finalize complex sales agreements and contracts, demonstrating exceptional acumen in risk assessment and value articulation to secure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, utilizing clear, concise summaries.
Critical Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of progressive, relevant professional experience within sales leadership roles, including significant tenure managing senior sales personnel and strategic accounts.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution; an advanced degree (MBA) is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated exceptional Leadership capabilities, evidenced by a history of successfully managing, motivating, and developing sales teams towards exceeding challenging targets.
- A profound and comprehensive understanding of consultative Sales methodologies, including principles with practical application experience.
- Proven expertise in Teamwork, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing and mutual support are paramount to collective success across diverse functional units.
- Substantial experience and proficiency in Coaching sales professionals, employing sophisticated techniques to enhance individual performance, skill development, and career progression within a structured framework.
- Proficiency with leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, such as Salesforce, including advanced configuration and reporting capabilities.
- Advanced capabilities in sales forecasting coupled with proficiency in pipeline management tools and methodologies.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
