On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Operations Leader (Senior Manager, Business Operations) to manage operational change initiatives and drive efficiencies though automation. This role is pivotal in leading operational teams, enhancing employee engagement, and achieving strategic business objectives. You will lead and empower teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure the successful execution of transformation programs while maintaining day-to-day operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Transformation & Change Leadership:
o Drive and execute strategic transformation programs, leading strategic initiatives from conception to successful implementation cultivating a client focused culture
o Develop and deploy comprehensive change management strategies, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, driving adoption, and realizing intended value.
o Champion innovative solutions and operating model transitions to optimize performance and drive excellence.
• Operational Excellence & Efficiency:
o Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of operations to consistently meet and exceed targets.
o Develop and implement standardized processes, performance models, and frameworks to drive measurable operational efficiency and excellence.
o Evaluate costs and benefits for new business opportunities and innovate existing processes to enhance profitability and asset value.
• Strategic & Financial Management:
o Collaborate with the leadership team to develop, monitor, and manage annual operating budgets & periodic forecasts, ensuring financial stewardship and strategic alignment.
o Provide strategic oversight and day-to-day management to steer the business unit toward sustained growth and excellence.
Critical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in leadership, change management, operational transformation, or related roles.
- Demonstrate leading teams through complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive change management plans and targeted communication/engagement strategies.
- Ability to monitor change adoption metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational and strategic thinking skills.
- Superior verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills, with strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Advanced people skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
