Summary
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Specialist-Network Security, a key member of our Technical Sales Solutions team. In this role, you will work closely with Bell’s Core Sales Team and key stakeholders to identify, develop, and close complex network security opportunities.
You will drive growth by positioning Bell’s comprehensive suite of network security products, services, and solutions, serving as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, uncover, and develop new business opportunities in partnership with Bell’s Core Sales Team, focusing on existing Enterprise Strategic clients.
- Develop a targeted Security Sales Strategy to achieve planned objectives within your assigned large enterprise client base.
- Build strong, long-term partnerships with internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring business needs are met with the right security solutions.
- Position the full breadth of Bell’s Network Security and Cyber Security offerings—including products, managed services, and professional services—to address complex business challenges.
- Act as the go-to expert for Network Security strategy, applying both technical knowledge and strong sales acumen across multiple verticals.
- Lead and manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close craft compelling proposals, and support internal teams throughout presales activities.
- Represent Bell as an active contributor within the Network and Cyber Security ecosystem through participation in industry events, customer seminars, and trade shows.
- Maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline and apply disciplined funnel management to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Critical Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years specializing in network security sales, with a proven record of exceeding targets.
- Hands-on experience selling security solutions from leading vendors such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, Akamai, Checkpoint, Radware, and Cisco.
- Strong knowledge of Network Security concepts, including common internal and external threats, industry trends, best practices, compliance requirements, and how they align to customer business needs.
- Proven experience selling Managed and Professional Network Security Services as components of broader enterprise solutions.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), with confidence in presenting and engaging with executive-level audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and comfort using digital collaboration platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities with a collaborative mindset and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and keeping focus on outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for solving complex business challenges.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
