Job Descriptions:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of Crave’s social media strategy across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key role in creating engaging content, fostering community interaction, and analyzing performance to get Canadians excited and talking about the content on Crave.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage content schedules and publish content across Crave's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Liaise with content agency and design team to coordinate content deliverables
- Support the Social Media Manager with approvals, creative reviews, and overseeing freelancer work, keeping deliverables on track
- Support the tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics; provide actionable insights to improve engagement and
- reach, while monitoring platforms for engagement and trend opportunities
- Monitor community management support, ensuring content is in line with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams (brand marketing, PR, customer service) to bring campaigns to life
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices
- Support influencer partnerships and campaign activations as needed
Critical Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail
- Immersed in social, know the latest trends
- Passion for a career in entertainment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with paid social campaigns and ad management
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar
