As the Specialist, Channel Execution, the successful candidate will launch & execute new product and program enhancements as well as provide overall support of channel offers/pricing insight, partner with marketing and drive key sales opportunities.  Knowledge of the industry combined with the ability to conceptualize new ideas, prove the validity of the concept, and the capacity to drive it through the organization until completion is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the in-take and sales enablement strategy for all new activities and projects being brought into the sales channels
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Channel Execution, Channel Communication and Training teams to successfully execute projects and campaigns in the channel
  • Represent the channel for all cross-functional projects including Product Launches, Marketing Campaigns, Policy changes to ensure the needs of the sales channels are met
  • Be the channel expert for multiple segments including Residential, Bell Wireless, Virgin Plus, Prepaid and Small Business
  • Build strong enablement plans to launch major and seasonal campaigns into all channels including Student, Black Friday, Holiday, etc.
  • Gather and consolidate qualitative feedback from Sales Team on the effectiveness of all market-wide programs and initiatives contributing to execution excellence and post-mortem analysis
  • Synthesize Wireless & Wireline activities for the channels with business partners

Critical Qualifications

  • University degree in a business discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal & collaborative skills, ability to develop successful business relationships with peers in various departments
  • Self-starter, with the ability to manage and drive initiatives with limited supervision and to manage multiple projects in an organized manner
  • Good time management skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Detail oriented individual with ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to build compelling, executive-level presentations and to deliver recommendations with confidence
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to translate quantitative data into qualitative analysis
  • Demonstrates a foundational understanding of AI and its applications; stays curious, recognizes ethical implications, and uses AI-enabled tools to enhance everyday work 


Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Total earning range: $80,000 - $105,000.  The advertised salary range may vary slightly as it is based on the company’s current salary structure, which may be revised by the company, from time to time, at its sole discretion. The agreed upon salary may also vary from the advertised salary ranges depending on several factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience and internal equity​

The salary range above includes an Annual Incentive Plan objective which represent 12% of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The Annual Achievement Incentive Plan (“AIP”) payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The AIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the AIP’s eligibility requirements. The AIP is subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies. 

For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.  Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
