Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our team, supporting Marketing programs. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer with a passion for delivering go-to-market strategies, driving customer growth across multiple segments and channels and conducting analyses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives, from strategic planning, to briefing in partners, to in-market campaign execution, competitive response and post-mortem analysis.
- Act as a “quarterback” for marketing programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing communications, product, operations, pricing, legal, and Business Intelligence, and more.
- Conduct data analysis to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and optimize marketing performance.
- Ideate, resfresh, execute & post mortem retail programs for Bell and National Retail stores
- Create compelling presentations and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities, including new campaigns, targeting strategies, and data sources.
- Ensure sales channels are equipped with the right tools and messaging to drive results.
Critical Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience; telecommunications or banking industry experience is an asset.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Quick learner, highly self-motivated with proactive and creative approach to problem solving
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
