Summary

We are seeking a B2B Marketing Specialist (CP2) to elevate Bell Media’s presence with agencies and advertisers, amplify our solutions across market-facing channels, and drive qualified interest through digital programs and our website. This role converts Bell Media’s offerings into clear, compelling positioning and market-ready storytelling that grows awareness, engagement, and inbound demand.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Marketing Strategy & Amplification

  • Plan and execute integrated trade marketing campaigns that strengthen Bell Media’s visibility with agencies, advertisers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Build clear, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks for key solutions and programming initiatives.
  • Develop market-facing content and creative (case studies, one-pagers, videos, ad units, articles, PowerPoint presentations) that tell Bell Media’s story with clarity and impact.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Lead digital programs across web, email, social (e.g., LinkedIn) channels to reach and engage priority B2B audiences.
  • Manage always-on and campaign-based initiatives that drive measurable outcomes (reach, engagement, qualified traffic, conversions).
  • Coordinate targeting, flighting, creative rotations, and optimization to improve cost efficiency and quality of engagement.

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Partner with web and analytics teams to improve site pathways, page content, and conversion points (e.g., contact forms, content downloads, inquiry flows).
  • Ensure all content and pages adhere to brand standards, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
  • Translate insights into actionable optimizations; recommend next steps to increase performance and ROI.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Build editorial calendars aligned to priority verticals, audiences, and tentpole moments (e.g., upfronts, programming launches, industry milestones).
  • Create and repurpose thought leadership (insights, research highlights, POVs) to support market education and category leadership.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to amplify content across owned and paid channels.

Industry Presence & Events

  • Plan and execute Bell Media’s presence at key B2B industry events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities to elevate brand visibility and drive pipeline contribution.
  • Deliver cohesive, on-brand experiences across booth presence, creative assets, session content, and pre/post-event amplification.
  • Manage timelines, logistics, creative development, and post-event performance reviews.

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong written and visual communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts into market-facing narratives
  • Hands-on experience executing digital marketing across web, email, and social (preferably B2B)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop content and creative assets for campaigns and landing pages
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Working knowledge of analytics and performance measurement (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion metrics)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in media, advertising, or complex B2B environments
  • Familiarity with CRM and/or marketing automation workflows (e.g., segmentation, nurture, scoring)
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
  • Comfort collaborating with creative teams and/or external agencies
  • Experience planning and executing industry events or sponsorships
  • French language an asset

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
