As a part of the Bell Brand team, you will help advance our Paid Social Marketing capabilities. This is a great opportunity to manage high‑impact paid social campaigns for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the country. We are actively seeking a Paid Social Specialist in either our Montreal or Toronto office who will become an integral member of our Digital Performance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a hands‑on role in all facets of paid social campaign management — strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Build and manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Support creative development through asset reviews, safe‑zone checks, ad formatting guidance, and ongoing creative testing frameworks.
  • Execute audience strategy, leveraging first‑party data, custom audiences, lookalikes, and platform‑specific targeting tools.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, flighting, and delivery to ensure KPIs and timelines are met.
  • Produce reporting and insights using platform dashboards and internal tools, transforming performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Participate in campaign briefings, planning sessions, vendor calls, and post‑campaign reviews.
  • Stay up to date on paid social trends, platform updates, format innovations, and industry best practices through continuous learning, research, webinars, and events.

Critical Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Social Marketing (activation, planning, or performance).
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across major platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Working knowledge of platform environments such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with third‑party tracking, attribution tools, or pixel‑based measurement.
  • Familiarity with creative specifications, safe‑zone requirements, and asset best practices.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other measurement platforms.
  • Passion for digital marketing and enthusiasm for testing new features, formats, and platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, curiosity, and the ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
