The Bell Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace.  The team provides customers with amazing new technologies such as Bell Fibe TV, Bell Internet, Bell Satellite TV and Bell Home phone, local and long distance services.


The Account Executive – Greenfield Partner Accounts – will actively engage across multiple teams internally to service our Partner Clients in Residential New Construction – both MDU and low-rise Single Family Unit Homes.  The successful candidate will hold a key Business Development role in negotiating Marketing, Access and Developer Installation Agreements with builders, while maintaining a strong relationship at the owner/executive level, across an established list of accounts. The purpose of the negotiations is to secure Access and Marketing rights to each new residential construction project to deploy Bell Fibre (Access) and enable the field sales team to sell BRSB products and services to the occupant (Marketing).  Understanding the builder’s business communication needs along with an adept skill-set to manage various “site-readiness” tasks and issues under tight timelines to completion is another crucial component of the job.  Having an understanding in planning and network provisioning, depth and breadth in managing business relationships, coupled with strong organizational skills are essential aspects of this role. Knowledge of the residential building industry is a definite asset. 


  • Negotiations with residential builder accounts in order to secure contractual rights for Bell to deploy Fibre during construction and market a suite of BRS services before and after occupancy.
  • Identification, analysis and customization of key business development opportunities with partners, leveraging BCE efforts to differentiate Bell’s in a competitive marketplace
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Network Planning and Provisioning (NP&P), Bell Legal, Bell Business Orders, Bell Technical Support. Partner Support Operations, etc., ensuring our Partner Builders are engaged with action plans that are communicated, documented and executed in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate regular communications across all stakeholders to ensure network provisioning and marketing teams are ready before 1st occupancy so that Field Sales can seamlessly sell Bell home services to the occupants


  • University degree, ideally in a business discipline
  • Technical understanding of the construction industry, either having knowledge of  the  construction industry or telco fibre deployment
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a sales and/or business development role
  • Proven track record of successful deal negotiations with demonstrated excellence in relationship building
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Depth and breadth in managing cross-functional team activities
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills, independent thought leadership
  • Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines



Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
