On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary

 
 

As the Senior Product Manager in Strategic Pricing, you will architect and execute competitive pricing frameworks across Bell’s suite of products, directly driving growth and profitability for Bell Business Markets (BBM) accounts. You will be required to provide deep insights and analysis on market prices, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models to influence senior management on winning pricing strategies. As an integral member of the extended Sales Team, you will be responsible for balancing new business acquisition with retention and profitability.  This position requires exceptional financial acumen, superior analytical skills, and expertise in AI-driven pricing tools and predictive analytics. The ideal candidate will be an independent, strategic thinker with a talent for building strong internal relationships and influencing cross-functional teams to drive results. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver robust pricing intelligence and financial analysis to optimize margin and competitiveness across diverse BBM segments and verticals.
  • Identify and implement optimal pricing structures using methods like SWOT analysis and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Drive sales volume and profitability by effectively positioning product value, streamlining processes, and providing marketing support to BBM account teams.
  • Manage the opportunity funnel, track performance metrics, and ensure adherence to pricing governance standards.
  • Gather, analyze, and disseminate competitive intelligence and market threats.
  • Deliver sales training and ongoing support on pricing strategies, processes, and product value propositions.

Critical Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years in pricing, finance, product management or telecommunications.
  • Practical knowledge of AI/ML applications in pricing, predictive forecasting, or dynamic pricing models. Familiarity with AI-driven analytics platforms and generative AI tools for productivity. 
  • Exceptional analytical and financial skills with a proven ability to synthesize large datasets using modern tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and AI insights into clear, actionable business strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence senior management decisions.

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
