  • Own Strategic Roadmaps: Build, prioritize, and oversee complex, multi‑team roadmaps that drive meaningful business impact and customer value.
  • Lead Market & Customer Insights: Conduct deep market, competitive, and customer analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that inform high‑level product strategy.
  • Drive Business Outcomes: Focus on initiatives that deliver measurable results, such as revenue growth, user engagement, retention, and market expansion.
  • Lead and Inspire Teams: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to product teams and cross‑functional partners, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Influence Senior Stakeholders: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing clear, data‑driven recommendations and updates on product strategy, risks, and progress.
  • Guide Strategic Planning & Prioritization: Lead planning processes across teams, making informed decisions regarding priorities, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Champion Innovation: Explore new ideas, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to elevate user experiences and introduce new business opportunities.

Critical Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with demonstrated success leading large‑scale, complex, or multi‑team digital product initiatives.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
  • University degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or related technical field with a strong analytical background.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor product teams, elevating their effectiveness and impact.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels—including executive leadership.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and market analysis frameworks.
