Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented summer student to support our B2B marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, storytelling, and content creation, with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn. You’ll‑ play a key role in shaping our external presence through newsletters, LinkedIn content, and marketing collateral development.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Communications
- Execute our monthly newsletter, including:
- Content planning
- Drafting and editing copy
- Designing layouts and visuals
- Coordinating with internal teams for highlights and approvals
- Develop LinkedIn content, including:
- Maintaining a content calendar
- Creating and scheduling posts
- Drafting thought leadership‑ copy
- Monitoring performance and identifying optimization opportunities
Marketing Collateral Development
- Assist in creating high-quality‑ PowerPoint decks, including:
- Partner pitch materials
- Recap presentations
- Internal briefing documents
- Build and refine landing pages (using templates or no‑code tools), including copywriting, layout, and QA.
- Support the production of sales sheets, one‑pagers, media kits, and other visual assets.
Research & Insights
- Conduct light market research to support partnership proposals and content planning.
- Analyze content performance across platforms, distill insights, and recommend improvements.
Project Coordination
- Collaborate cross functionally‑ with marketing, partnerships, creative, and analytics teams.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and content workflows.
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines.
- Support on‑site event setup, flow, and execution.
Critical Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Comfort with visual tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, or similar).
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn publishing and analytics, including tools like Hootsuite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Curious mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to take ownership.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
