Summary
We are seeking a motivated and curious Technical Architect II. This role demands exceptional leadership, a strategic mindset, and a proactive willingness to embrace calculated risks to drive innovation and ensure project success. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis & Vision: Elicit, analyze, and document intricate business requirements, identifying opportunities for process optimization and strategic alignment. Champion new initiatives and approaches, demonstrating foresight and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Project Leadership: Lead project lifecycles from conception through completion, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Proactively manage risks, anticipate challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels. Facilitate clear communication, manage expectations, and ensure buy-in for project goals and solutions.
- Solution Design & Delivery: Partner with technical and business teams to design, develop, and implement effective solutions. Oversee the execution phase, ensuring adherence to quality standards and business objectives.
- Risk Management & Decision Making: Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with project decisions and strategic initiatives. Make bold, informed decisions, taking calculated risks to overcome obstacles and accelerate progress towards key objectives.
- Team Motivation & Guidance: Inspire and guide project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Mentor team members and promote best practices in business analysis and project execution.

Critical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role.
- Exprerience with ServiceNow
- Proven ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in designing and documenting software solutions using various tools and techniques.
- Experience with a wide range of software and hardware technologies, including cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Expertise in security best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PCI DSS).
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles and experience with testing frameworks.
- Proficient in cloud computing architectures and services.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to set goals, measure progress, and consistently deliver high-quality results. You understand the difference between good and great work.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
