On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary
Drive the sales of technology solutions for Bell Business Market customers by developing tailored strategies and actively pursuing opportunities. This role will be a strategic partner to the Client Executive role and their relationships in new and existing accounts. Success will come from understanding their business challenges and developing solutions that leverage cutting-edge BBM products and technologies, with a focus on underlying network infrastructure, security, cloud integration, and unified communications.
Technical Expertise
- Network and Hardware: Identifying and developing opportunities for enterprise-grade network solutions, encompassing WAN/LAN and WIFI solutions.
- Security Solution Design: Developing security solutions that protect enterprise assets, including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) integration, VPN technologies, and Zero Trust principles.
- Cloud Integration & Solutions: Selling Solutions that leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for compute, storage, and networking, including IaaS, PaaS, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud strategies, focusing on seamless integration with on-premises infrastructure.
- Data Centre & AI: Find new opportunities in Compute, Storage, AI infrastructure, and hosting Private and Hybrid Cloud. These roles are pivotal in developing strategies, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with industry-leading partners such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, and other key players.
- Collaboration & Unified Communications: Identifying and developing opportunities for advanced collaboration solutions, including Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Voice over IP (VoIP) systems, video conferencing platforms, and messaging solutions, focusing on enhancing user productivity and communication efficiency.
- IOT & 5G: Drive innovation by uncovering, developing and delivering IoT and 5G wireless solutions, including fleet management, tank and asset tracking, wireless internet, and private mobile networks. Collaborate with leading vendors such as Geotab, Ottodata, Ericsson, Nokia, and BeWhere to design scalable solutions, ensure seamless integration, and support customer adoption across diverse industries.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Opportunity Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities requiring advanced technology solutions; create compelling business cases and architectures.
- Client Discovery & Solution Design: Conduct deep client needs analysis and architect end-to-end solutions covering connectivity, security, cloud, and collaboration platforms.
- Technical Expertise & Business Translation: Serve as a subject matter expert in advanced technologies and clearly communicate technical concepts as business value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, engineering, services) to design, propose, and deliver integrated solutions.
- Value-Based Selling & Relationship Management: Drive sales cycles by demonstrating ROI, manage pipeline, and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Qualifications/Competencies: The emphasis here shifts towards strategic thinking, deep technical solution design, and a thorough understanding of advanced technologies and their business impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role (preferred), with a strong focus on designing and selling complex technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success in solution selling, particularly in areas related to enterprise network connectivity, robust security architectures, cloud infrastructure, AI, and advanced collaboration platforms.
- Proven experience in hunting and developing net-new business.
- Knowledge of specific vertical industries and their unique technology requirements.
- Graduate Degree Post Secondary School.
- Industry certifications are an asset.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
